Can't Approve account in certain customer group

Hi there, I am using this extension in Magento version 2.4 and whenever I want to approve a new customer I get an error when I save it/ I can't save after approving the account. This is the error I am getting: "5.7.9 Please log in with your web browser and then try again. Learn more at 5.7.9 https://support.google.com/mail/?p=WebLoginRequired r12sm2661178lfc.80 - gsmtp"

Any idea what could be wrong?

@EthanPikeDev Looks an issue related to email sending. Other emails are going fine from the website?

I just tested the extension in 2.4.5 and it is working fine.
