Extension isn't working on 2.4.5-p1 build #23

We recently upgraded our Magento version from 2.3.2 to 2.4.5-p1. We have also upgraded this extension and enabled at backend. However, it doesn't send any approval email or restrict customers from login. Customers straight goes to My Account page after successful registration. "Account Approval" attribute is set to "No", so this looks good but the restriction doesn't work.

Have you enabled the Just now I tried in 2.4.5 an it is not login automatically.

Can you please check if extension is enabled in Stores => configuration. => Amitshree => Customer Login ?
