Allow RadminVPN traffic (Windows)

Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
Impossible to allow traffic (except ping) in browser to RadminVPN ip-address.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to '...'
2. Click on '....'
3. Scroll down to '....'
4. See error
   Install amneziavpn client and radmin VPN, add to exception ip (do not use amnezia for in split tunneling) ip of radmin vpn's another pc ip and even white ip of remote pc. Traffic from browser to remote pc's server is still disabled.
   Expected behavior
   A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen.
   In browser I can connect to my SwarmUI (or Forge) remote server to generate images.
