[Windows] App crashes on startup after update from version 4.7.0.0 to 4.8.1.9/4.8.2.3

App starts , shows "Preparing status", then freezes for second and crush without errors.

To Reproduce

1. Install AmneziaVPN 4.7.0.0 x64 for Windows
2. Set up self hosted vpn
3. Update AmneziaVPN to 4.8.2.3 (installer from Releases page)
4. Start app

Expected behavior
App starts and working normally.

Additional context
Previosly I used 4.7.0.0 with self-host server. Around week ago the application started to work unstably: sometimes it did not connect when the system started, and did not disconnect correctly (required a PC reboot to restore the network). Then I decided to update to a newer version hoping for a fix.
I installed 4.8.2.3. After app launching, I see "Preparing" status for 1-2 sec and it's crash, without any errors. The same behavior when I downgrade to 4.8.1.9. When I downgrade to 4.7.0.0, app starts normally.

Problem in autoconnect. Disable it and program will start normaly.

Same here. Win11 and clean install of the 4.8.1.9.
The program has autorun and autoconnect enabled.
The program has 100% crash rate when I run it from taskbar.
And I have good successful rate by clicking on AmneziaVPN.exe.
