Change default config filename

Hey there,

I'm migrating to Atom from Sublime Text, where I was previously using https://wbond.net/sublime_packages/sftp.

Many of our projects have a similar configuration file called sftp-config.json in the project root.

Would it be possible to provide support to change the default filename sftp-deployment uses to load/store sftp configuration?

I'm also making an assumption that your package only checks that key values exist in the configuration and won't mind other keys that your package doesn't use.
