"if you want to use PHP's stream or socket resource. see uv_fs_poll_init and uv_fs_read."

uv uv_fs_poll_init([resource $uv_loop])

Only one argument, without stream reference.

uv uv_fs_poll_start(resource $handle, $callback, string $path, long $interval)

string path... I don't understand
