[amp-story-player] [publisher identity] Support publisher identity

Part of #33353

We need to create a player level opt-in to support player identity. This should come in the form of a JSON configuration option that opts in to displaying the publisher's identity in the story. When this option is enabled, the player must set a URL parameter to each story, declaring that it should build + display the publisher's identity.
