[BUG] Returns Report Documentation does not indicate merchant fulfilled Only

It appears the returns report only includes merchant fulfilled orders .

Tab-delimited flat file report that contains detailed returns information, including return request date, RMA ID, label details, ASIN, and return reason code. You can request up to 60 days of data in a single report.

Tab-delimited flat file report that contains detailed merchant-fulfilled returns information, including return request date, RMA ID, label details, ASIN, and return reason code. You can request up to 60 days of data in a single report.

Also on a related note, the returns reports still suffer the same API bug #403 hat they are cancelled if they don't have data (vs, Done with no data)
