Report being continually CANCELLED

I am trying to produce reports:
GET_STRANDED_INVENTORY_UI_DATA
and
GET_RESERVED_INVENTORY_DATA

But both are continually Cancelled - I have tried to produce these reports for over 24 hours with no luck

This is happening for all sellers using my App

Here are the API calls for both with the responses - please investigate

Couple things -

1. See Report Cancellation Reasons are not documented correctly #403, Cancelled doesn't really mean anything in particular at this point.
2. I believe cancelled is sometimes used as a "throttle", "you are requesting this report too often". Try waiting several hours with no requests then retry.
3. If you've never had a successful call to one or both of these reports, you might also be missing an undocumented parameter (sometimes you have to give it a begin date (only), sometimes both... its not a good state of affairs with documentation and they changed some of the behavior from MWS..)

I request it every 2 hours - works fine with MWS

I've raised a case for it so hopefully somebody will actually action it lol

And guess what, status = cancelled when there aren't any MFN returns. 2nd example: GET_FBA_MYI_UNSUPPRESSED_INVENTORY_DATA requires a start date (and didn't in MWS). Status = FATAL if you don't.

Had a reply stating that if the report is empty then the status is set to cancelled...total nonsense as getting plenty of empty reports with status done - they really are clueless !
