More information needed. This works, for instance:

ae5 project schedule tooltest/testproj3 "43 * * * *" --command run --name testjob2 --username tooltest

It's true though we don't have unit tests for scheduled jobs, in part because of the challenge of designing a reliable test that doesn't force the CI job to wait forever. I'll figure something out.
