I'd like to maybe extend percy, to validate dependencies in runtime, specially for compiled libraries, which are probably the main source of rebuilds. Something similar to the (now deprecated, for unrelated reasons) Gentoo revdep-rebuild tool could be helpful (I can't find any decent documentation on it right now, because they don't need it anymore, but I'll try to produce a design of how such tool would work for us).
