Overflow/Underflow Checking

Checking overflow/underflow needs to be added to all blocks.

Implementation should disable messages since they can flood print screen. Also, tagged outputs would be nice aka marking frames where overflow/underflow occurs.

We don't know where the underflows/overflows occurred, since the event is asynchronous.
