I know that volume mappings and specific app setup is a bit out of scope for your site but I am having Calibre issue. I can get the Calibre container up and running just fine using your T2 compose as an example. I have a folder called media03 setup as a volume. Within in this folder I have multiple media folders (/books, /comics, /pictures, etc). In my Calibre compose section I have media03:/data/media. When Calibre starts, it asks for my library location and I am able to browse to /data/media/books (which is currently empty). I get an error from Calibre stating that the database is corrupted. I say to create a new one and it returns an error stating that the location is bad. The common thing in both errors is that the "database is locked".
