Use correct ABI when contract already deployed

When a contract is already deployed, the current contract artefact is used to create the contract factory. This may not be correct if the deployed contract is old and has a different ABI. The input json of all deployed contracts are stored in the deployment json exactly for things like this, the correct ABI can be pulled from there.
