samtools not working with freyja install

i keep getting an error when i run freyja:
samtools: error while loading shared libraries: libcrypto.so.1.0.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

i get the same error when i run samtools alone in the freyja environment.

Hi @dfeistel3! This issue was also encountered here: StaPH-B/docker-builds#268 . Seems to be a conda version issue.

Looks like some possible solutions were proposed here: merenlab/anvio#1479

I'll look into making the appropriate changes later today.

yep that works. freyja demix works now :)

Great. I'll close this issue then, will do some additional testing to figure out what's going on as I prep the next release.
