Chat Meetings problem

When I open the chat, it works fine for about 20-30 seconds and then it stops working and I can no longer type more than 2-3 letters. Only have problems with typing in chat, otherwise no problems before or after the chat meetings.

I have a similar issue to report
When we are killed, as ghosts, I cannot chat as the wasd (and qer and ) keys exit the chat. As a result, I cannot use these keys in ghost mode.
