Crimson Guard not in items.json

It seems that the item, 'Crimson Guard,' is not in items.json. I believe the index it should have is 242.

Stupid question: why should it have 242 as index?

Not a silly question. I think I lost the log that had it, but a user had requested some information from this match:

And I think I was logging the indexes of items that came out, and it choked on the Crimson Guard. I'm not sure it's 242, but I think that's what the log said.
