Proper theme organisation

Currently each theme defines colors for each module, which makes difficult to support themes in new modules by other people, as they have only one option, that is to share color of some other module. We can't constantly add new "faces" of every new module to the themes, therefore themes should provide sane amount of base colors that should be used bu modules.
