cache4.buffer still occurs in v0.2.0

Issue is still present in latest version however occurs less often.
Tested in latest Nightly with clean profile, minimum amount of extensions (linking ziped profile).

Steps to reproduce:

• open AMO page, pin this tab
• reload FF
• besides pinned tab about:newtab appears.
• cache4.buffer occurs approximately 1 time out of 25-30 restarts on AMO pinned tab

Unfortunately it's hard to tell now.
Currently I've been noticing situations when there is no flag icon at all for some tabs that has been opened before browser was restarted.

Flags are not being shown on startup is fixed on #24. So please wait till the next release and update this one if the problem is fixed.
