I think you can provide an online fetch ip info as an altrnative method when user use proxy.
This method is a little complex.

To investigate, you can try using Firefox and check for additional information in the console window (Shortcut: Command + Shift + J). Firefox provides error messages that can offer insights. Alternatively, if you prefer to use Chrome, you can enable debugging mode by following the instructions provided at this link: https://www.chromium.org/for-testers/enable-logging/
