AM/PM isn't showing up in hour12 formats. #249

I'm not sure if I'm the only project experiencing this.

Twelve hour formats are shown as Jan 30, 2015, 11:00:00 instead of Jan 30, 2015, 11:00:00 PM.

Seems to be an issue with the score, as changing bestScore to score + 1 in datetimeformat line 560 seems to fix this

hey @chaz2x4 we need more info here! what's the configuration, what's the result in browsers vs this polyfill, etc.
