Create a guide on how pod-gateway should be deployed / configured

Describe the solution you'd like:
No guides exist that support configuring, deploying, and debugging the pod-gateway on a standard Kubernetes environment (e.g. K3S). Guides referenced on k8s-at-home are no longer available.

Creation of a simple guide for common deployment will accelerate use and support debug.

Anything else you would like to add:
For instance, I have a working chart deployed on my Kubernetes in Docker environment but, after spending way to much time, was unable to get it to work on a vanilla instance of K3S.
