Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We need a way to determine QC metrics on a tissue basis. A way to check the ranking of QC metrics for a particular tissue.

Describe the solution you'd like
Design an approach similar to spatial TMA average rank QC Metrics, but for all channels on a per-tissue basis.
