Hi,
I have found out that upon refresh the state or route is not triggered when there is a trailing slash in the url.
It can be fixed by updating regExp in urlMatcherFactory. Do you think this could be implemented? Can it produce some errors?

There is currently no special handling for a trailing slash that's not part of the 'url' pattern. (see #50)
