Karma-coverage does not generate coverage reports for large test projects

Description

I am cross-posting from the karma-coverage repo because there appears to be little activity over there. Karma-coverage has not seen an update for the better part of a year even though it appears that it is intended to be the principal coverage library for Angular 11+.
