Issue #904 Follow-up (Android redirect issue) - not working for Angular 1.0.0

Hello,

We are currently working on an Angular application that is available for use on desktop browsers, as well as in an Android application that uses a webview. We recently upgraded to angular 1.0.0, and started using $locationProvider for navigating through our pages. While everything works with no issue in Firefox, I am having the same problems with the Android app that were previously addressed in Issue #904. However, when I downgraded to RC10, I don't have this problem. Will this fix be incorporated into 1.0.0 anytime soon? Please let me know.

BTW, my app is being built and running on Android version 3.1.
