Recursive templates not working in 1.2.0 RC1

If angular script url is changed to https://ajax.googleapis.com/ajax/libs/angularjs/1.2.0rc1/angular.min.js, example is not working. With version 1.1.5 or older example works fine.

I tested this issue in current Chrome and Firefox.
