Feature Description

Whenever MatNavList is scrolled it triggers ripple effect on touchstart, instead it should emulate native android behaviour of only trigger when tap/click happens on mobile devices.

it looks very janky on ios & other mobile devices when user start scrolling fast.

Can you provide a Stackblitz with an example?
