Focus selection around component is not hidden

I made a screencast for #548 below, but it also shows a focus selection around the component

This is the default browser focus behaviour, I would prefer it to be hidden, as it's not really beautiful, but I am not really aware of accessibility or other concerns involved.

This is a similar issue to #556, where the element focused by clicking with the mouse shouldn't trigger the keyboard :focus style. But it is actually focused. We should mimic native style behavior wherever possible.

For thoroughness' sake, the same behavior also happens with tabs headers, checkboxes and sliders but not switches.
