Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When a new PR is submitted, only one maintainer is sent a request for review. In most cases, contributors don't know who to manually request a review on their PR from, and is an unnecessary added step in any case.

Describe the solution you'd like
Update CODEOWNERS file with all the active maintainers. @anitab-org/mentorship-ios-maintainers
This shall help in automatically requesting a review from all the maintainers for all the future PRs.
