chore: Integrate App Center

As a tester I want to be able to test the app without compilation in Xcode.

Integration should be done when we create the PR and the app should be uploaded to app centre

Hey , @annabauza i would like to learn by contributing to this issue

@paraschhugani. We can use azure devops for ci it easily upload build to app center, however from there we need to manually add it for open beta version. I think best would be integrating Test Flight from Travis.

Test centre does some part automatically.

Or maybe we can even use github actions.
