This bug does not occur in the latest version of Anki Desktop
What are the steps to reproduce this bug?
enable notifications for more than 10 cards due
disable the notification vibration toggle setting
have more that 10 cards due
open and leave the app, or review a card (presumably triggering an update of the notification)
Expected behaviour
I expect that the device does not vibrate, but it does. Additionally the vibration occurs multiple times while navigating and after leaving AnkiDroid, which doesn't seem like the desired behavior were vibration enabled.

(Optional) Anything else you want to share?
I've only started seeing this bug after upgrading my phone from a Pixel 7 to a Pixel 9, and in turn updating to Android 15.
I see in the FAQ that notifications are non functional, but I figured I would add this report in case it's helpful for the devs. Thanks for all your hard work on the app!

Hello! 👋 Thanks for logging this issue. Please remember we are all volunteers here, so some patience may be required before we can get to the issue. Also remember that the fastest way to get resolution on an issue is to propose a change directly, https://github.com/ankidroid/Anki-Android/wiki/Contributing
Notifications are known to be broken. I'd recommend disabling them in the AnkiDroid settings, but keeping the permission so we can perform long-running syncs.
Checked for duplicates?
Does it also happen in the desktop version?
