OnTAD chromosome not found error when using special chromosome names

I'm using .hic files to call TADs, the pre file i used for convert to .hic file is:

which has unusual chromosome names.
Then i used the converted .hic file to call TAD using OnTAD, however, it says "CAST_EiJ#1#chr10 not found in the file"
is it can not handle unusal chromosome names like CAST_EiJ#1#chr10?
