I've renamed my role's default branch from master to main but do not see an option to switch the branch for the import via Galaxy. Am I missing something?

Same issue here. I've updated the github_branch field in meta/main.yml and imported the role again before renaming master to main, but that didn't fix it: after the rename I still get import errors because it tries to use the old branch.

Yea - seeing the same thing myself. Role was imported with branch name implied as master, branch was renamed to main, galaxy fails to import even when the github_branch meta field is set to main.

I tried creating a master branch off main temporarily, to see if it just needed a kick to get the latest meta file, but that didn't change the github_branch when running ansible-galaxy info triplepoint.dnsmasq. It still comes back master.

ansible-galaxy role import supports a --branch switch
