I attached a sanitized extra_vars.yml file that allows for the successful provisioning of the Smart Management workshop. There are many variables missing from the example extra_vars.yml that is provided on https://github.com/ansible/workshops/tree/main/provisioner

1. What is the "demo: all" used for? I didn't have to use that in my file.
2. the key 'ec_name_prefix' value is not sanitized. It says 'test-demo311f'
3. provided_sha_value: ea28..8c01 is correct. I had to make this adjustment as well

2. ee_default_image key and the associate value is provided in the devel branch https://github.com/ansible/workshops/blob/devel/roles/control_node/defaults/main.yml#L25

We could still include them in extra_vars for the override, but they could be commented out, with a comment referencing https://github.com/ansible/workshops/blob/devel/roles/control_node/defaults/main.yml to let people know where the main keys are defined.

Lastly, we have a bug #1794 that will update the newest images to version 22 instead of 21.
