ip camera stream issue on live app

Short description

If sudden power failure on ant media installed device. It's not able to stream the IP camera but it shows online. And we are not able to stop the stream.

Environment

• Operating system and version: ubuntu 20.04.6 LTS
• Java version: openjdk 17.0.13
• Ant Media Server version: Community Edition 2.11.3 20240906_1141
• Browser name and version: Any

Steps to reproduce

1. Run antmedia and add ip camera on live app
2. poweroff the antmedia server
3. try to play IP CAMERA live stream, it will not play or also not able to stop the stream.

Expected behavior

It should re-start the freeze stream or allow user to manual stop and start the stream.

Actual behavior

Not able to play the stream and if try to stop it through error message.
( stream stop is failed. Error: No matching stream source in this server:
P5ZEs5uJG17OIkn8767383717902588)

Issue also confirmed with Mr. Tan Do from CamOS App Team.
