When the message appears:

[+] You may connect to the VM's VGA using the following command
incus console --type=vga build17a2718347ab

I run that command and get error:

$ incus console -t vga build17a2718347ab
Error: This console is already connected. Force is required to take it over.

But about 2-3 minutes later I run the command and it works.

I the moment it works coincides with when the incus start --console build17a2718347ab command being run by click.py has completed.

This behavior is relatively new lxc/incus#1491
One can add the --force flag to open the VGA console while click.py runs.

My concern is that instructing to use the --force flag < 6.8 version users will fail.
Until the --force flag is part of incus LTS, leaving the message as it is now is the safe route, imo.

I'll leave the ticket open, to revisit it later.
