I have the same issue. Fail to install one or more dependancies with the same type error you get.
I've tried with Python 3.7.6, 3.7.9, 3.8.10, 3.10.11, 3.11.5, and 2.7.18.
is there some definitive answer on what version works with the packages in the requirements.txt?
The required opencv version does not exist
