layout.getGraphRect() returns wrong boundaries

Values freezes on 0 when should go below/above.

Happens when all points are right or left of Y axis.

When I count boundaries manually (when position vertices) everything works fine.
I use boundaries to count сircumscribed circle radius and to position graph in its center.
