apisix内置的Prometheus插件收集到consumer字段取值能指定修改吗？ #11764

Description

目前consumer字段取值取得是应用得编码，想改为取应用名称的字段进行填充。在填充路由和服务名称的时候可以通过prefer_name去选择填充的是id还是名字，consumer这个是否也能支持选择性填充？
