Which issue does this PR close?

Closes #5714.

Rationale for this change

To optimize the asynchronous performance of the SymmetricHashJoin operator, we propose merging the two child streams using futures::select. This will enable simultaneous polling of both streams and execute the branch corresponding to the future that completes first.

What changes are included in this PR?

  • Single stream SHJ implementation on poll_next()
  • Refactor on fifo tests and reduce code duplication.

Are these changes tested?

Yes

Are there any user-facing changes?

No

Thanks @metesynnada and @mustafasrepo -- given @mustafasrepo has reviewed this PR and the changes are localized to symmetric hash join I am going to merge it.
