This ticket tracks creating the next sqlparser release (mostly so others can follow along)

Target Release Date: Approximately 2025-04-20

• Make a PR to update version / CHANGELOG.md:
• Create a Release Candidate (RC) and start vote:

FYI @iffyio I plan to make a release candidate hopefully the week of April 28 -- I am not going to be able to do it next week as I am out

If anyone else wants to start preparing the release (e.g. release notes, version PR etc) that would be great

@iffyio do you think we are ready to make a release candidate? Specifically is there any other PR you think we should try and get into this release?

If not, I'll plan to update the changelog pr #1822, merge it, and then make a release candidate. Please just let me know!
