[DSIP-21][TaskPlugin] Unify the task spi about logic task and worker task

• I had searched in the issues and found no similar feature requirement.

Description

Right now, we have two task spi, one is logic task another is worker task.

This will cause us to have two logic about the task lifecycle about these two parts spi.

And if we hope to auto-render task params in UI, we also need to unify the task spi.
