Describe the proposal

Current Gravitino bin tgz file size reaches to 1.2GB, which is hard to push to Apache SVN. This is mainly due to the catalog dependencies we're introduced, for example paimon will introduce 200MB dependencies. In fact, most of the jars are useless for Gravitino.

So we should exclude this as possible as we can to shink the package size.

Task list

Would you please create subtasks to work on this in the next release? I think it is important for the user. Thanks a lot.
