[Bug]: Error when editing project properties: the Parent project field is always filled with the value: “default” and an error occurs when saving.

When you want to update the properties of a project, the value “default” is systematically added to the project parent inherit... field. And an error appears when you save

I think this is a problem on multiple locations. Someone wanted to remove a non existing Execution information location and had a similar problem.

Trying to delete or edit a non-existing project also gives more issues than it should.
The code needs some hardening and handle these scenarios.
