[Bug][DashBoard] DatabaseWhiteList is required which is inconsistent with tips

What happened

DatabaseWhiteList which is required is inconsistent with tips, which says the field's value can not be provided.

What you expected to happen

Make the field require false.

How to reproduce

Just in the DataSourceSteam -> Data Source Origin -> DatabaseWhiteList
