my computer has installed cuda toolkit 11.7 and the enviromet variable is already configured, when i try to import the library to a project using my new enviroment (import mxnet) I'm getting the following error:
ModuleNotFoundError: No module named 'mxnet'
can anyone helpme with this error, let me know if you need more information

i've created a conda enviroment in windows using anaconda
conda create -n py38_mx_tf python=3.8
conda activate py38_mx_tf
pip install mxnet-cu117
