Why you need it?

We should adopt a uniform and clear policy for commit, PR approvals and others important aspects of the Apache OpenSerververless (incubating) projects. Some of the objective should be:

  • lock the main branch
  • define how many reviewers are needed to accept a PR
  • tagging and versioning rules

How it could be?

We could leverage a .asf.yml file in every relevant repository
