Cancel delayed message

Now only add a delayed message above the delayed message, there is no function to cancel the delayed message. We have about 40-50 million delayed messages every day, and currently we are using redis zset to add and cancel.

Delayed messages that are not consumed can be cancelled.

The issue had no activity for 30 days, mark with Stale label.

@HarryFQ What do you mean by "cancel"? Do you want the broker to cancel delay messages that are not consumed or the client to do something?
