Helm Chart Version Update Needed #113

The current chart version in the OCI registry is still 0.0.1, and it needs to be updated to include the latest features and fixes.
According to the documentation, using the 0.0.1 version of the chart to deploy RocketMQ may results in issues. Specifically, the chart's automatic jvm memory calculation may lead to an OOM, causing the deployment to fail.
